Delivery options:

1. 1. Flat fee for up to 10 cases - For this, we have set up 3 delivery areas [per zip code here]. These orders are normally delivered within 5 business days. You can add preferred delivery times in the order form.

2. Per case fee: This delivery is available via us/DHL for 7.50€ Belgium-wide. We ain't Amazon. We ship all orders once a week on Wednesdays. You may expect deliveries to be made on Thursdays. Should you need a Vandekelder as fast as possible this way, we recommend that you place your order no later than Tuesday evening, or stop by one of our outlets, of course.

3. Pick-up at our depot is free and by arrangement, so please contact us, or on Open-Depot days.

Payment:

Should you prefer to pay by bank transfer, use the discount codes “BANKTRANSFER” & “BANKTRANSFER_SHIPPING” when checking out. The order confirmation will provide you with all the details needed to finalizes your order. Applicable shipping costs will be added to you order in the shopping basket. If you choose for flat fee shipping, ensure you indicate the correct delivery zone.

International orders:

Our web shop is currently only available for customers residing in Belgium. If you don't live in Belgium and you want to order our beers, please send us an email.
